280 Cocktail Book

When moving into my junior year house at Boston College, I knew I wanted to create a personalized cocktail book for our bar room. I didn't want the 280 Cocktail Book to be just any generic collection of recipes, though—I wanted each drink to tell a story. This cocktail book is a collection of hand-crafted, extremely personalized, and even a little dangerous (in the best way) recipes, created for the ladies of 280 to sip, celebrate, and savor every moment together.

Every drink tells a story—like the 423 Margarita, which features an ingredient ratio of 4:2:3 in honor of the number of our sophomore year dorm suite (shoutout 423 Walsh!). Claire's Cookie Martini is a reminder of our beloved Friendsgiving dinner where Claire loved this drink, but the rest of us didn't find it to be as sweet. The Marathon Monday borg is an iconic BC staple for celebrating at Mile 21, reminding us of Boston College's favorite holiday.

From recipes, to drink names, to creating the book and graphics itself, I made this book to be a keepsake of our best memories as conveyed through cocktails. At 280, we raise a toast to our friends, to fun, and to future cocktails commemorating the best times with friends!
